  • Handle the pick-up, delivery, and transfer of materials, tools, or documents to designated destinations.
  • Conduct regular checking and monitoring of all vehicles at the SFDO warehouse.
  • Prepare materials, TOE, and PPE for dispatch.
  • Assist in checking inbound and outbound transactions.
  • Arrange and conduct monthly inventory counting of OSP, CW/FTK-TC, TOE, and PPE.
  • Update Bin Cards and materials status regularly.
  • Load and unload materials as required.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse.
  • Perform tasks to support BSPT's business operations as deemed necessary by Management.
  • Perform other job-related duties as may be assigned by Management from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least Vocational/Technical course graduate; a college degree is an advantage;
  • With experience in logistics, warehousing, or inventory management;
  • Preferably a resident of PAMPANGA;
  • Physically fit and able to handle loading/unloading of materials;
  • With basic knowledge of vehicle checking/maintenance is an advantage;
  • Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Excel/Word) for inventory recording and updating;
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and trustworthy in handling company materials and equipment.
  • With a valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles (if required by the role);
  • Willing to work flexible hours and extend support as needed.
