Job Summary:

The job holder will be responsible for receiving documents from different branches, inspecting boxes and their labels, and checking the correctness of their content. This role requires an individual with exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, speed, and precision.

Responsibilities:

  • Picking up files from different branches and delivering them to storage rooms
  • Following company standard operating procedures for filing, labeling, encoding, and storing to establish consistency
  • Sorting and segregating records
  • Properly labeling boxes according to instructions and ensuring that its labels are consistent with the contents of a box
  • Encoding box label details into an excel spreadsheet and entering relevant data
  • Assembling shelves to be used for storage
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work area

Knowledge and Skills:

  • High concentration and attention to detail
  • Ability to follow precise instructions and do repetitive tasks
  • Logistic skills
  • Familiarity with MS Excel
  • Ability to work in a warehouse/storage facility with temperature variations
  • Good physical condition and great stamina to lift boxes
  • A valid driver's license and a motorcycle

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php13,400.00 per month
