• Preparing paperwork


• Scheduling of consultation with clients


• Preparing and emailing email reports


• Updating virtual files


• Build ongoing task list


• Oversea administrative task

Minimum Qualifications


• Good command of the English language


• Has good work ethics


• Typing speed at least 60 wpm


• Must be a good team player


• Able to work in flexible hours

• Computer Processor:


• 1 Ghz or above; Intel Core or AMD equivalent or highly required


• RAM:


• At least 8GB of RAM with 60GB hard disk space available


• Internet Connectivity:
