Job Description

As a Technical Support Representative, you'll be the go-to expert for franchise support-resolving technical concerns, managing ticket inquiries, and collaborating across teams to keep systems running efficiently. Your role ensures that innovation in fitness stays powered by reliable, world-class tech assistance.

The Qualifications We Seek

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1 year and above of technical support experience.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced team environment within the technology sector.
  • Experience handling inbound contact center (email, portal, and voice).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.
  • Prior experience in a similar role is highly desirable.

Your Daily Tasks

  • Respond to ticket-based email inquiries from franchisees based on set procedures.
  • Clarify issues and determine the best course of action, escalating as needed.
  • Follow up with franchisees via email to ensure all concerns are resolved satisfactorily.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to document all information in the support system.
  • Resolve conflicts professionally and in line with brand values.
