Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

  • Develop and implement quarterly marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Spearhead brand campaigns, launches, activations, and events and ensure brand voice in consistent among platforms
  • Source and propose strategic brand collaborations that are on-brand and mutually beneficial.
  • Create proposals and lead execution of co-branded campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the Multimedia Artist to develop and maintain a strategic social media content calendar aligned with brand campaigns and goals
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive Customer Service FAQ document, ensuring tone, language, and content reflect the brand identity.
  • Continuously research beauty and lifestyle trends, identifying relevant topics for audience engagement.

Communication & Coordination

  • Maintain close coordination with all branches to ensure consistent branding and messaging across customer-facing communications and staff spiels
  • Support branch officers in handling customer concerns professionally, ensuring all client interactions reflect the branch's service standards and tone of voice.

Public Relations and Marketing

  • Develop and Execute Monthly Promotions: Strategically plan and create compelling monthly promotional campaigns to highlight key services and treatments, driving engagement and increasing client bookings.
  • Engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs): Identify, reach out to, and collaborate with influential KOLs for content creation, strategic partnerships, and brand amplification across digital platforms.
  • Write and edit a variety of content, including press releases, blogs, marketing copy, social media posts, and internal communication materials.
  • Pitch brand stories and treatments to online publishers and media outlets (e.g., , ).
  • Craft PR briefs and press kits; coordinate media features or editorials.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's College Degree in Marketing, Public Relations and Advertising or another related field
  • Must possess 2-3 proven years of experience in the same field.
  • Preferably from the beauty service/lifestyle/fashion industry
  • Digital savvy
  • Excellent communication, both verbal and written.
  • Willing to rotate in37 Maryland Street cor D. A. Egea Street, Pinagkaisahan, Cubao

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php45, Php50,000.00 per month
