Work Setup: Onsite, Monday to Friday

Location: Ortigas, Pasig

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of branch-level financial reporting.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements for consolidation.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with policies.
  • Coordinate with auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory agencies.
  • Supervise and mentor accounting staff and officers.
  • Collaborate with branch managers to resolve financial discrepancies and support operational goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA is a plus).
  • At least 5 years of accounting experience, with 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Experience in retail, FMCG, or multi-branch operations preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax laws, and compliance.
  • Proficiency in accounting systems/MYOB
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php60,000.00 per month
