About the role

Green Mango Technology Corp. is seeking an ambitious Finance Associate to join our dynamic team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for a wide range of financial accounting and reporting duties, playing a crucial part in supporting the overall financial management and strategic decision-making of our fast-growing technology company. Based in our Ortigas Pasig City office, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our Finance and Accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

What you'll be doing

  • Performing general accounting tasks, including account reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close procedures

  • Assisting with the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts

  • Conducting financial analyses and providing insightful recommendations to management

  • Supporting the implementation of new accounting systems and procedures

  • Ensuring compliance with BIR Filling

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data

  • Providing administrative support to the Finance and Accounting departments as needed

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

  • 1-3 years of experience in a financial accounting or reporting role, preferably within the technology industry

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with accounting software

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data

  • Keen attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in financial reporting

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
