Responsibilities
  • Perform collections and review work performed by team members
  • Resolve queries raised by team members
  • Collaborate with clients and external stakeholders to resolve issues
  • Handle day-to-day activities in the absence of team members
  • Support the manager in reporting activities
  • Demonstrate advanced verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Possess expert technical knowledge and provide guidance to others

Skills & Experience
  • Extensive end-to-end knowledge of O2C (Order to Cash)
  • Strong knowledge of Credit Control, Billing, Cash Applications, and Suspense Account Management
  • Experience handling customer queries, collections, bad debt/write-offs, and chargebacks
  • Understanding of collection cycles, including bucket management and dispute resolution
  • Ability to establish and maintain end-to-end AR process controls
  • Good accounting knowledge for AR month-end close
  • Strong experience with ERP-based F&A BPO processes
  • Experience managing a Collections Helpdesk and resolving AR discrepancies with internal and external customers
  • Hands-on experience with MS Excel
  • Experience in IM or Records Management sector preferred
