AddaVolt is building a nationwide EV charging network by partnering with SMEs and turning idle parking spaces into revenue-generating EV charging hubs. We are expanding our installation team and hiring a Field Electrician who will support field installations, site surveys, and charger activation across Northern Luzon.

Job Overview

The Field Electrician will conduct site surveys, supervise on-site installation work, ensure proper wiring and safety standards, and support activation of EV charging stations. This role is field-based and requires travel for installation and maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in site surveys (breaker check, line tracing, load check).
  • Install conduits, wiring, and breakers for EV charger setups.
  • Help mount and secure EV chargers according to standards.
  • Follow AddaVolt electrical installation procedures and safety guidelines.
  • Support basic troubleshooting (loose wiring, breaker trips, connectivity issues).
  • Conduct initial tests during charger activation.
  • Take photo documentation and complete installation checklists.
  • Coordinate with operations team regarding schedule and materials.
  • Maintain safe and clean work practices in all site locations.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year experience as an electrician.
  • TESDA NC II in Electrical Installation & Maintenance.
  • Knowledge in wiring, breaker installation, and basic electrical troubleshooting.
  • Willing to perform fieldwork and travel frequently.
  • Physically fit and able to handle tools and equipment.
  • Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions closely.
