AddaVolt is building a nationwide EV charging network by partnering with SMEs and turning idle parking spaces into revenue-generating EV charging hubs. We are expanding our installation team and hiring a Master Electrician who will support field installations, site surveys, and charger activation across Northern Luzon.

Job Overview

The Master Electrician will conduct site surveys, supervise on-site installation work, ensure proper wiring and safety standards, and support activation of EV charging stations. This role is field-based and requires travel for installation and maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct on-site electrical surveys (breaker check, load capacity, wiring path).
  • Install and supervise installation of conduits, breakers, and wiring for EV chargers.
  • Ensure all work follows Philippine Electrical Code and AddaVolt standards.
  • Lead and guide installers or assistant electricians on-site.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and testing during installation.
  • Assist in commissioning and activation of EV charging stations.
  • Document installation work (photos, checklists, reports).
  • Coordinate with project and operations teams regarding installation schedules.
  • Ensure installation sites are safe, clean, and compliant with standards.

Qualifications

  • Must be a licensed Master Electrician (RME).
  • Preferably 1–3 years experience in electrical installation or construction.
  • Hands-on skills in breaker installation, wiring, and load testing.
  • Familiar with panel boards, grounding, and conduit installations.
  • Must be willing to do fieldwork and travel regularly.
  • Able to supervise installers and communicate with SME hosts.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
