Role Description
We are looking for a strategic, hands-on Head of People, Culture & Corporate Services to lead our HR and Admin Group. This role will champion organization development and culture-building, while strengthening core HR and administrative foundations across the company.
What you will do
- Lead the overall HR & Admin strategy in partnership with the Corporate Services Group Director and senior leaders
- Design and drive the OD roadmap, including structure, roles, competencies, and succession
- Lead culture-building, change management, and employee engagement initiatives
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning for employees and agents
- Design and manage compensation, benefits, and rewards programs
- Strengthen performance management, coaching, and Management Development Programs
- Handle employee relations, discipline, and compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Oversee Administration: facilities, office services, procurement support, and general services
- Lead, mentor, and develop the HR & Admin team
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR, Business, or related field; Master's degree is an advantage
- Min of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with strong exposure to OD, training/L&D, and culture work
- Solid background in compensation & benefits, recruitment, employee relations, and engagement
- Experience overseeing Admin / General Services is preferred
- Proven experience partnering with senior leaders and managing an HR & Admin team
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and change management skills
