Role Description

We are looking for a strategic, hands-on Head of People, Culture & Corporate Services to lead our HR and Admin Group. This role will champion organization development and culture-building, while strengthening core HR and administrative foundations across the company.

What you will do

  • Lead the overall HR & Admin strategy in partnership with the Corporate Services Group Director and senior leaders
  • Design and drive the OD roadmap, including structure, roles, competencies, and succession
  • Lead culture-building, change management, and employee engagement initiatives
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning for employees and agents
  • Design and manage compensation, benefits, and rewards programs
  • Strengthen performance management, coaching, and Management Development Programs
  • Handle employee relations, discipline, and compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Oversee Administration: facilities, office services, procurement support, and general services
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the HR & Admin team

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR, Business, or related field; Master's degree is an advantage
  • Min of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with strong exposure to OD, training/L&D, and culture work
  • Solid background in compensation & benefits, recruitment, employee relations, and engagement
  • Experience overseeing Admin / General Services is preferred
  • Proven experience partnering with senior leaders and managing an HR & Admin team
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and change management skills
