the role: it & systems engineer

this role is perfect for someone with strong technical skills, an obsession with automation and security, and a passion for making business operations smoother, faster, and smarter.

you'll be responsible for the health, efficiency, and security of all internal systems and integrations.

key responsibilities

  • website & security management
  • manage website functionality across desktop and mobile
  • conduct security audits, backups, and routine maintenance
  • manage user accounts and permissions following security best practices
  • automation & systems integration
  • maintain and troubleshoot marketing/payment funnels
  • oversee and optimise platform integrations for seamless workflows
  • research, recommend, and deploy new tools to enhance operational efficiency
  • technical support & process improvement
  • support team onboarding and offboarding (account setup, permissions)
  • assist with branding and website modifications (html & css knowledge required)
  • troubleshoot website, payment, and automation issues
  • document and maintain standard operating procedures (sops)
  • incident response & business support
  • respond to system errors, security threats, and malware vulnerabilities
  • train staff on basic tech and system usage
  • ensure seamless technology integration across business units

· you have strong knowledge of website security, automation, and troubleshooting
