Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join us. The role is responsible for achieving sales targets in assigned product categories, providing excellent customer service, maintaining store displays, and supporting inventory management to ensure product availability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales goals for assigned products or categories.
  • Monitor and report sales performance regularly.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service through strong product knowledge and effective communication.
  • Ensure merchandise displays are organized and comply with visual merchandising standards.
  • Track stock levels and assist in preparing purchase orders to ensure timely replenishment.

Qualifications:

  • Senior High School graduate or at least college level.
  • At least 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory management is an advantage.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for customer service.
  • Familiarity with basic inventory processes is a plus.
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php14, Php15,000.00 per month
