Cash Management Associate

Handles daily bank transactions, report encoding, document filing, and transmittals between business units.
Responsibilities- Accurate and on time printing of Bank Transfer Summary Form, Checks, Check writing and Telegraphic Transfer.
- On time routing of all Bank Transfer Summary Form, Checks, Check writing and Telegraphic transfers for signature of signatories.
- Ensure that all Bank Transfer Summary Form, Checks, Check writing and Telegraphic transfers are completely signed and returned on time.
- Ensure that all payment advice is printed and attached with correct check and 2307 form.
- Updates all signed checks and 2307 in monitoring file for publish before releasing.
- Ensure that all checks and 2307 forms are organized properly and sorted correctly per supplier.
- Prepares and transmit all checks and 2307 to be released by BU accounting (all satellite plant).
- Monitors collected checks, 2307, returned vouchers and utilities and prepares transmittal to be forwarded to Tax Group.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Has working experience in handling bank transactions
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and other relevant software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
