Main ResponsibilitiesDeliver consistent quality of service across APAC.Manage a dynamic team of Managers and Assistant Managers, providing leadership and strategic direction. Oversee end-to-end financial accounting reporting for serviced countries, supervising the Middle Office. Review financial statements in accordance with global requirements.

Provide expertise on local accounting operations within the harmonized model. Ensure proper application of accounting standards and compliance with IFRS.Manage the Balance Sheet stewardship. Participate in country meetings to streamline processes with the Middle Office.

Coordinate external audits and governance with partners. Act as SPOC to Regional Controllers and support governance to 3PSP partners. Backup Senior Manager-SDM RTR as needed.

Experiences & QualificationsExperience in RTR OC is advantageous. Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Accounting. Strong IFRS knowledge and financial accounting skills.

CPA preferred; external auditor experience is a plus. Knowledge of key finance processes in R2R and experience in shared service centers or local accounting teams. Knowledge of a second jurisdiction is beneficial.

Effective communication skills in English. Ability to analyze and interpret data and problems. SkillsCustomer ServiceEnsure accurate delivery of accounting operations and assist in setting team instructions.

Participate actively in team meetings to suggest improvements. Seek to improve service levels, quality, and KPIs through engagement. QualityUnderstand and develop accounting policies and procedures.
