Overview :

We're looking for a creatively inclined Social Media Manager who lives and breathes visual storytelling. This role blends the artistic eye of a graphic designer/video editor with the strategic mindset of a social media marketer. You'll craft visually compelling content—particularly short-form videos and graphics—that captivate audiences and elevate our brand presence across TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms.

This position is ideal for someone who's hands-on with design tools, obsessed with visual aesthetics, and understands how to translate brand identity into engaging social media content.

Core Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize, design, and produce visually engaging content for digital and social platforms, including videos, reels, stories, animations, and graphics.
  • Edit and refine video content with attention to pacing, transitions, sound, and visual storytelling to create high-quality, impactful outputs.
  • Develop creative layouts, compositions, and motion graphics that reflect the brand's aesthetic and messaging.
  • Translate concepts or briefs into visually appealing materials that align with campaign objectives and brand standards.
  • Repurpose and adapt visual assets into different formats and aspect ratios suitable for various digital platforms.
  • Stay current on design trends, editing techniques, and creative tools, integrating fresh ideas and styles into your work.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and content teams to bring visual ideas to life and support overall campaign goals.
  • Maintain organized design files and templates for efficient content production and brand consistency.
  • Assist in managing and scheduling social media content, ensuring that visuals are optimized for TikTok, Instagram, and other key platforms.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong artistic disposition with a refined sense of color, composition, and visual storytelling.
  • Proficiency in design and video editing tools, such as Adobe Premiere, After Effects, CapCut, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
  • Deep understanding of TikTok and Instagram algorithms, trends, and formats.
  • Experience managing or contributing to a social media content calendar.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates creativity, aesthetic quality, and versatility across video and design work (required).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Prior experience with US or UK-based brands is a plus.
