Job Responsibilities:

(1) Settlement Operations Management
- Assist in ensuring accurate and timely processing of disbursements and receipts
- Monitor and reconcile treasury transactions

(2) Process Improvement & Innovation
- Identify efficiency and automation opportunities in treasury processes and implement solutions
- Leverage technology to enhance reconciliation, reporting, and transaction management
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive operational enhancements and risk management

(3) Bank Account Management & Compliance
- Maintain and oversee bank account structures, mandates, and documentation
- Support compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

- With at least 3 years of work experience in treasury operations, cash management, or transaction banking
- Prior experience in a bank, financial institution, or fintech company is an advantage
- Knowledge in bank platforms and ERP systems preferred (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Xero, or similar).
- Understanding of banking operations, finance, payments, and treasury workflows
- Knowledge of cash forecasting, reconciliation, and regulatory compliance
- Process mapping and flowcharting
- Willing to work onsite in MoA Complex, Pasay City
