Technical Sales Manager

This role would involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing technical investigations, and ensuring the quality and innovation of WBC products. The Technical Sales Manager will also be involved in identifying root causes of issues and implementing corrective actions.

Duties and Responsibilities

Leading Product Development:

  • The Technical Sales Manager would oversee the development of new food products and the improvement of existing ones.

Process Improvement:

  • He/ She would be involved in optimizing the quality of the product by expanding its usage/ market.

Technical Investigation:

  • He/ She would lead investigations on technical complaints, identifying root causes and implementing solutions.

Quality Assurance:

  • He/ She would ensure the quality and safety of WBC products throughout the development and manufacturing process with principals/partners.

Innovation:

  • He/ She would eventually foster creativity and innovation by working within the R&D team of WBC's principals/ partners, contributing to the development of new and improved products.

Collaboration:

  • They would collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, and WBC principals/ partners, to ensure successful product launches and market acceptance.

Leadership and Management:

  • The Technical Sales Manager would eventually lead and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance, support, and training.

The Challenge:

  • The Technical Sales Manager role would be crucial in supporting WBC's continuous rapid growth and success in the food industry.
Job Qualifications
  • A College graduate of any related field
  • Strong technical background
  • Have a good understanding of the market, the customers, and the competitors
  • Need to have leadership, management, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to motivate and inspire your team.
  • Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
