Senior Cloud Platform Engineer

Overview Senior Cloud Platform Engineer role at 3Cloud. This position provides technical delivery leadership on client engagements, leads architectural design sessions with clients, provides coaching to peers, manages client expectations, and fosters a collaborative and inclusive team culture. The role offers a career path for Cloud Engineers aspiring to lead and guide client engagements end-to-end. Responsibilities Provide technical oversight and guidance for junior team members learning the 3Cloud approach to infrastructure engagements Serve as coach in a player-coach model to upskill team members and build confidence in infrastructure delivery Foster and build relationships between cloud infrastructure teams (delivery, delivery excellence, solution architecture) and with other practice areas Function as technical delivery oversight with strong consultative skills on multiple client engagements Partner with Delivery Excellence to align project milestones to a project plan, including capturing key client decisions Demonstrate broad, deep technical knowledge across Azure technologies (e.g., Log Analytics, Application Insights, Azure Site Recovery, Azure Backup, Azure Security, Azure Networking, Azure Storage, Azure Automation, Azure Sentinel, App Services, Containers, Managed Instances, Azure SQL, Azure DNS, Azure Virtual Desktop, Azure Files) Understand Cloud Infrastructure solutions and IaC delivery using Bicep or Terraform Assist the delivery team in reaching billable targets by addressing project blockers Facilitate change orders and project extensions as needed Provide technical oversight and direction to align with other 3Cloud practice areas Stay informed about latest technologies and potential impact on 3Cloud offerings AZ-305 Cloud Architect certification Business Development & Leadership Engage with other 3Cloud offerings to position infrastructure engagements and identify new opportunities in Cloud Infrastructure & Security Lead and guide infrastructure offerings committees to define and drive standard offerings Lever Factors Develop trusted advisor relationships within multiple accounts to support a Land & Expand approach Support teammates by unblocking engagements and addressing potential escalations Create reusable artifacts and content to enable efficient client delivery Employment Details Full-time employment Remote in Philippines At this time, we cannot sponsor applicants for work visas Qualifications Experience in cloud platform engineering and technical delivery leadership Strong collaboration and coaching abilities Proven knowledge of Azure services and IaC tools (Bicep or Terraform) Ability to drive client engagements end-to-end and coordinate with multiple practice areas Additional Information Seniority level: Mid-Senior level Job function: Engineering and Information Technology Industries: IT Services and IT Consulting Get notified about new Platform Engineer jobs in Philippines. #J-18808-Ljbffr
