We're Hiring: Incident Manager
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Incident Manager to lead our incident response efforts and ensure minimal disruption to business operations. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and the expertise to coordinate cross-functional teams during critical incidents.

Muntinlupa, Philippines

Work Mode:
Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH)

Role:
Incident Manager

What You'll Do
Lead incident response and coordinate resolution efforts

Manage incident lifecycle from detection to closure

Facilitate communication between stakeholders during incidents

Analyze incident trends and implement preventive measures

Maintain detailed incident documentation and reports

Conduct post-incident reviews and lessons learned sessions

What We're Looking For
3+ years of experience in incident management or related field

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Experience with ITIL framework and incident management tools

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities

Knowledge of IT infrastructure and service operations
