CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Work Address: Eastwood, Quezon City

Work Set-up: Onsite

Work Schedule: Shifting schedule (mainly mid shift 12:00 – 9:00 PM)

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Customer Service Representative as an international voice support for Charity Service Program As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our global customers via phone calls, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handle all calls with courtesy and professionalism
  • Handle customer inquiries in a timely, professional manner
  • Take inbound calls for customers to handle orders, prayers, donations, etc.
  • Retention and winning back of dissatisfied customers
  • Assist elderly customers, develop solutions to solve customer needs especially with their orders and other requests
  • Research required information using available resources: Knowledge-based books and speakers, scriptures, magazines, bible, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least a high school graduate
  • Must possess excellent English communication skills (In both spoken and written communication, with ability for free flow speech)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle customer issues efficiently
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude
  • Flexibility to work in varying shifts (including nights and weekends) based on business needs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php26,000.00 per month
