Duties and Responsibilities:

A. Enters ERP Cash transactions

  • Reviews the email send and the attachment to tie up with daily transactions
  • Check daily transaction between monitoring sheet and ERP records to make sure all transaction matched
  • Checks the Cash Monitoring if total is tally with the transactions
  • Encode the reimbursement to see if the invoices have vat or non and the account to be used in ERP entry

B. Enters ERP AP transactions

  • Check email for subcon transactions
  • Check the invoices attached
  • Categorize whether material or service, determine the tax for each
  • Tabulate invoicing to tally with the cash monitoring mostly in bulk
  • For services with deduction and refund ensure same is set up and paid
  • Check the ERP if the supplier is present or not, for materials need to contact the logistics and CEG in order to bring the data to zero

C.  Enters GA/HR/Sales transactions to ERP

  • Check attachment of payroll and government remittances to whom each for proper allocation
  • Classify the cost for each cost/department knowing what is the cashflow corresponding to it because payroll varies- assigned with direct and indirect so with benefits
  • Classify which condo is assign to whom and project or GA, coordinate with admin from time to time

D.      Liquidation of advances.

  • Check the monitoring and email to match if tally
  • Summarize the liquidation using hard copy or soft copy checking all the attachment
  • Encode the invoices into excel summary for each staff categorize each account and check vat
  • Encode the liquidation to ERP
  • Recon as much as necessary
  • Responsible for maintaining the general ledger and ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, General Accounting and Taxation or a related field
  • Preferably Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Finance - Audit/Taxation or equivalent
  • Proficient In MS Office Suite (Word, Excel)
  • Familiarity with financial reporting tools.
  • Ability to work independently and strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks
  • Good in communication skills both in verbal and written.
  • Knowledge of bookkeeping practices
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
  • Computer Literate
