Job Description

The Project Finance Controller will be responsible for managing the financial health and reporting of projects under the Cockram Scenario portfolio. This role is based onsite at the BGC office. The successful candidate will ensure accurate financial tracking, compliance, and strategic financial support to project and management teams.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

· Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for assigned projects.

· Monitor project costs, revenue recognition, and cash flow performance.

· Ensure compliance with Philippine tax laws, corporate policies, and accounting standards.

· Prepare and present monthly project financial reports and variance analyses.

· Support contract reviews, change orders, and claims from a financial perspective.

· Collaborate with project teams to identify financial risks and mitigation strategies.

· Manage project audits and liaise with internal/external auditors.

· Maintain accurate records of project financials in ERP systems.

· Assist in strategic planning and financial modeling for new bids or expansions.

· Provide financial insights to support project decision-making and performance improvement.

Required Skill Sets

· Strong knowledge of project accounting, financial reporting, and cost control.

· Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Spectrum, or similar).

· Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.

· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

· Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

· Strong understanding of Philippine tax regulations and financial compliance.

· Experience in construction, engineering, or infrastructure sectors is a plus.

Qualifications & Other Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).

· Minimum 3–7 years of experience in project finance or financial control.

· Experience working in a multinational or regional finance environment.

· Onsite role based in BGC office

· High integrity, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
