Asset Recover/Repossessor

Duties and responsibilities:
- Personal Delivery of Collection Letters, Demand Letters.
- Conduct initial unit verification for past-due accounts.
- Perform skip tracing activities and in unit repossession efforts.
- Counsel past-due clients to discuss payment options and account resolution.
- Coordinate with in-house collectors to address and resolve problematic accounts.
- Accurately record field activities and prepare required reports.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Job Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in field collection for financial institutions, specifically handling collateralized loans (e.g., auto loans).
- Skilled in skip tracing and unit repossession.
- Knowledgeable about Metro Manila and nearby provinces.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Must own a motorcycle and possess a valid driver's license.
- Capable of driving both manual and automatic vehicles.
