The Branch Field Credit Investigator and Appraiser will conducts thorough background and field checking of credit applicants to gather relevant information

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepares the necessary reports for the management and internal customers in a fast and timely manner
  • Establish the veracity of information provided by the credit applicants
  • Providing Objective appraisal of collaterals to establish the proper and reasonable valuation of assets
  • Monitors incoming and outgoing requests and reports to effectively manage its assignments.
  • Answers credit inquiries from other banks and financial institutions.
  • Assists Legal and Collection Department in recovering/returned/end of lease collaterals or performing repossession.
  • Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/ College Degree, Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Commerce, Finance/ Accountancy/ Banking, Human Resource Management, Marketing or equivalent
  • Must possess good marketing and communication skills
  • Driving skills are required; candidates must have a valid driver's license and the ability to drive confidently
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Willing to work full-time on-site: Orix Metro: Valenzuela Branch
