Enterprise Services comprises of multiple business platforms including Client Services, Global Business Operations, Business Architecture, Data Strategy and Analytics, and Digital Services, which report into the Chief of Enterprise Services. These grouped platforms enable the business to optimize delivery for clients, generate efficiencies and resilience, and enable consistency in the business digitization strategy, processes and end-to-end best practices.

The Impact you will have in this role:

Being a member of the Enterprise Resiliency team, this role is responsible for supporting activities and exercises that contribute to strengthening the organization's ability to withstand and rapidly recover from incidents and disruptions. The role involves planning and documenting comprehensive risk management strategies to fortify the firm's operational resilience, safeguarding critical processes, technology, assets, products and services, to enhance customer trust and confidence.

Your Primary Responsibilities:

• Support operational resilience efforts across the enterprise.
• Coordinate planning, scheduling, conducting, and evaluating enterprise resiliency activities and exercises.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on identifying trends, patterns, and actionable insights, and assist in communication and training strategies.
• Conduct preliminary data analysis and discovery related to operational resiliency plans, initiatives and recommendations
• Assist in performing assessments and driving progress for emerging and new technology architecture, including production readiness
• Participate in management of key incident data to support executive level reporting and to provide insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
• Mitigate risk by following established procedures, spotting key errors and demonstrating strong ethical behavior.
• Aligns risk and control processes into day to day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; escalates appropriately

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of related experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience

• Excellent verbal and written communicator who is comfortable navigating legal, technical, and business concepts.
• Ability to work under pressure, particularly, during and following a crisis.
• Ability to drive creative and solution-oriented operational resilience activity within a complex organization, within the financial services industry.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to shifting priorities, and collaborate well across teams.
• Knowledge of derivatives and securities market practices, treasury markets, clearing mandates for financial services participants.
• Exposure or working knowledge of PowerBI is preferred.
• The role will start on APAC hours and later transition to a permanent US shift.
