JOB SUMMARY

The Bank engages a Special Project Employee (SPE) to supplement its manpower requirements for the implementation of a special project. As an SPE, you will be responsible for performing administrative and documentation support under the supervision of the Department/Division Head, with the goal of achieving the objectives of the Bank's project.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to the project team
  • Assist in preparing and maintaining project documents
  • Encode data and organize files (physical and electronic)
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure proper handling of sensitive information
  • Perform other duties as may be assigned by the Project Manager or Team Lead

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Business courses.
  • Fresh graduates and entry-level applicants are encouraged to apply.
