Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Project Manager located in Clark Freeport and Special Economic Zone.
We are looking for a proactive and highly organized 
Project Manager

to join our team. This role oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns and creative projects for a dental education brand. You'll manage timelines and deliverables, communicate with internal teams, and ensure every project is delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with goals and brand standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field — or relevant experience
  • 3+ years of project management experience in healthcare, agency, or dental industry preferred
  • Experience working in a dental marketing or healthcare marketing environment strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of dental practice marketing areas such as:
  • Website & landing page development
  • SEO and paid search/social campaigns
  • Content creation & branding
  • Lead acquisition funnels & tracking
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, , Trello)
  • Excellent communication, time-management, and client-relations skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and deliverable streams in a fast-paced setting
  • PMP or similar certification considered a bonus but not require

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end marketing projects, including website builds, email campaigns, paid ads, SEO, content development, and branding.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between management and internal marketing teams (design, content, SEO, paid ads, development)
  • Run project kick-offs, communications, check-ins, and status reports to ensure alignment and success
  • Translate department goals (new patient growth, specialty campaigns, practice expansion, etc.) into structured project plans
  • Track timelines, resources, approvals, and budgets across multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ensure deliverables meet brand standards and company guidelines when relevant
  • Monitor progress, anticipate risks, and troubleshoot proactively to keep projects on track
  • Support onboarding and project setup for new dental practices
  • Develop and refine internal workflows to improve project efficiency and department outcomes
