We are seeking a talented Junior UI/UX Designer to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, a strong eye for aesthetics, and a desire to create user-centric experiences. This role offers the opportunity to work on exciting projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver compelling digital solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand project requirements and user needs.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and user interface designs that effectively communicate design concepts and enhance user experience.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iteratively improve design solutions.
  • Ensure consistency and coherence across all digital touchpoints, including web and mobile platforms.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and best practices to continuously enhance design skills.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing proficiency in UI/UX design principles and tools such, Adobe XD, and Figma.
  • Understanding of user-centered design processes and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to present and justify design decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Candidates with hand drawing skills are preferred for this position.
