In this role, you will ensure timely campaign launches, maintain high deliverability standards, and monitor the overall technical health of email systems. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable following structured workflows, and experienced with email automation platforms like GoHighLevel or similar CRMs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute and schedule email campaigns, automations, and workflows based on templates and provided instructions.
  • Monitor deliverability, inbox placement, and bounce rates to maintain optimal sender reputation.
  • Manage and clean contact lists, implement segmentation, and ensure list hygiene compliance.
  • Perform quality checks on formatting, links, personalization, and tracking prior to sending.
  • Conduct A/B testing and report on key metrics such as open rates, click-throughs, and engagement.
  • Provide regular performance reports and insights to support campaign optimization.
  • Update and maintain email templates, automations, and workflows within the CRM or email platform.
  • Stay current with deliverability standards, authentication protocols, and platform updates.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Proficiency with GoHighLevel (GHL) or similar CRM/email automation platforms.
  • Strong understanding of email deliverability and authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to follow structured processes accurately.
  • Basic HTML knowledge for email formatting.
  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience managing large contact databases and segmented lists.
  • Knowledge of email performance analytics and data-driven optimization.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for technical or deliverability issues.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and funnel optimization best practices.
