What You'll Do

Be part of our client's team as a Due Diligence and Onboarding Administrator, where you'll support supplier risk assessments, guide onboarding processes, and collaborate with global finance and procurement teams. Your role will ensure compliance, efficiency, and seamless vendor partnerships.

What You'll Bring

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in vendor, risk, or procurement management
  • Bachelor's degree in business management, risk management, or compliance (preferred)
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Experience with project management or workflow tools (e.g., Trello, Slack, Jira) is highly desirable
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid setup (2 days onsite, 3 days WFH)
  • Strong attention to detail with a proactive and motivated mindset
  • Effective time management skills
  • Flexibility to assist with other team members' portfolios when needed
  • Ability to work productively in a fast-paced and agile environment (#gsd)
  • Strong interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders across the business

Key Responsibilities

Due Diligence Coordination

  • Identify suppliers with risk triggers and initiate due diligence procedures
  • Guide internal stakeholders through the due diligence process
  • Assign Category Leads from various departments to facilitate due diligence tasks
  • Monitor and track progress of due diligence activities and provide timely reports to stakeholders
  • Act as liaison between Category Leads and third-party entities for additional information and clarification
  • Host regular check-in meetings to ensure seamless progress and timely issue resolution
  • Escalate identified risks to internal parties and manage stakeholder expectations

New Supplier Onboarding

  • Facilitate internal stakeholders and business partners through the onboarding process
  • Coordinate approval of supplier transactional details in compliance with established protocols
  • Collaborate with Accounts Payable and Finance teams to ensure successful onboarding of suppliers, with seamless connectivity between the procurement system and NetSuite

Additional Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain procurement system capability to support collection, validation, and exception management for insurance documentation
  • Liaise with AP and Finance Squad (NetSuite) to develop documentation and processes for supplier information (GST, ABN, bank details, ownership, and updates)
