Job Description:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support onboarding and orientation for new employees.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure HR databases are updated.
  • Help organize HR events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.
  • Assist with payroll, benefits, and attendance tracking as needed.
  • Draft HR-related documents such as memos, policies, and reports.
  • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Willing to work on-site in Carmona, Cavite.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Php2,500.00 per month
