The IT Supervisor's responsibilities include supervising staff while they complete repairs and installations, providing training to new recruits, scrutinizing existing processes, writing reports, developing work schedules, and delegating tasks. IT Supervisor should also be able to develop optimization strategies and provide excellent customer service.

QUALIFICATIONS

1.     Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer/Software Engineering, or related field.

2.     At least 5 years relevant work experience in Information Technology or similar field preferred.

3.     Experience in E-Commerce or Logistics is a plus.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES

1.     Good written and verbal communication skills.

2.     Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills

3.     Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.

4.     Strong organization and project management skills.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1.     Analyzing existing computer systems and making recommendations for upgrades and improvements.

2.     Developing and overseeing the installation of systems, which include software and hardware.

3.     Performing tests and troubleshooting, as well as quality assurance.

4.     Implementing safety procedures and data recovery plans.

5.     Recruiting, training, and evaluating staff members.

6.     Developing user manuals, as well as policies, procedures, and safety protocols.

7.     Collaborating with other departments and professionals in the development of IT systems.

8.     Ensuring all installations, maintenance, and upgrades are carried out on schedule and to client specifications.

9.     Delegating tasks and developing budgets and work schedules.

10.   Staying up-to-date with field advancements and ensuring the team receives refresher training as well.
