JOB PURPOSE:

Responsible for the overall upkeep of the plant facilities. Maintains cleanliness and orderliness inside the Plant. The Utility Helper provides general support to operations by assisting with variety of manual tasks in industrial, construction, or maintenance settings. Responsibilities include cleaning work areas, transporting materials, supporting skilled tradespeople, operating basic tools and ensuring a safe and organized workspace.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

  • Cleanliness and orderliness of Plant facilities
  • Daily upkeep (sweeping, mopping, garbage collection, etc.) of common areas inside the plant premises.
  • Notify maintenance of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Undergraduate or high school graduate
  • Proven experience as a Helper or in a similar role within a warehouse or manufacturing environment or janitorial
  • Requires physical stamina
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to follow instructions in fast-paced environments
  • Experience in assisting material handling equipment
