Inventory Management

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all incoming and outgoing materials, tools, and equipment.

Monitor and control stock levels to ensure availability of supplies and timely replenishment based on operational demands.

Conduct regular and spot inventory checks, promptly reporting any variances, losses, or damages to the Accounting and Operations Departments.

Ensure all inventory items are properly labeled, documented, and securely stored in accordance with company standards and safety policies.

Assist in the implementation and improvement of inventory control systems to enhance accuracy and minimize losses.

Dispatch Coordination

Prepare and manage daily truck dispatch schedules according to delivery plans, shipment timelines, and client requirements.

Coordinate with drivers, helpers, and the Operations Team to ensure on-time loading, dispatch, and arrival of trucks.

Monitor truck movements and delivery status through logbooks, GPS tracking, or dispatch records.

Review and verify all dispatch-related documentation (trip tickets, gate passes, delivery receipts, etc.) for completeness and accuracy.

Communicate promptly with Operations on any delays, incidents, or schedule adjustments affecting dispatch operations.

Reporting and Documentation

Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports summarizing inventory movement, truck deployment, and stock utilization.

Maintain a well-organized filing system for receiving reports, dispatch records, trip logs, and other related documents for audit and tracking purposes.

Coordinate closely with Operations, Accounting, and Admin Departments to ensure accurate reconciliation of inventory, dispatch data, and fuel consumption.

Provide support in generating management reports and compliance summaries as required.
