We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Intern with a strong focus on asset inventory and management. This role will support the daily administrative operations of the company, with key responsibilities centered around maintaining accurate records of company assets, ensuring proper asset tracking, and assisting in procurement and inventory control.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update the company's asset inventory system, including hardware, software, furniture, and other equipment.
  • Perform regular audits and physical inventory checks to ensure accuracy of asset records.
  • Tag and label new assets and ensure proper documentation upon acquisition.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments for asset allocation, movement, and disposal.
  • Track asset lifecycle from acquisition to retirement, including repairs, transfers, and disposals.
  • Prepare reports on asset usage, availability, and condition for management review.
  • Assist in procurement processes by maintaining supply records, placing orders, and tracking deliveries.
  • Maintain documentation related to warranties, licenses, maintenance agreements, and vendor contacts.
  • Support general administrative duties such as filing, scheduling, correspondence, and data entry when needed.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in business administration or related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in administrative support, preferably with a focus on inventory or asset management.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel in particular); experience with inventory management software is an advantage.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
