Head Chef

We are looking for a talented and motivated Head Chef to lead our Back of House (BOH) team. This is a unique opportunity to not only oversee the daily operations of our kitchen but also contribute to the development of an exciting new concept for the business. You will collaborate closely with our Executive Chef, restaurant owners, and Restaurant Manager to ensure Brunch Spot continues to deliver outstanding food and service.

• Lead, inspire, and manage the entire BOH team, ensuring high standards of food quality, safety, and hygiene.
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef and owners on menu development, seasonal specials, and new concept creation.
• Oversee daily kitchen operations including prep, cooking, plating, and service.
• Monitor inventory, order supplies, and manage food costs effectively.
• Train and mentor kitchen staff to ensure skill development and efficiency.
• Maintain clear communication between BOH and FOH teams.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.

• Proven experience as Head Chef, Sous Chef, or similar leadership role in a busy kitchen.
• Strong background in menu development and creative culinary concepts.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Passion for high-quality, flavorful food with attention to presentation.
• Ability to work collaboratively with owners, managers, and other chefs.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
