Position Overview:
The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, procuring, executing, and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to the desired standard. The role involves acting as a central point of communication and resource management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage project planning, procurement, execution, and completion.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
  • Act as the central point of communication for all project-related matters.
  • Oversee resource management and allocation.
  • Implement construction quality management tools and adhere to quality guidelines (e.g., ASME, AWS, ACI, API, ICC, NACE).

Qualifications

  • Must possess a Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Engineering (Civil), Architecture, or any Engineering Course with a Master's Degree.
  • At least 10 years of working experience, with a minimum of 5 years as a Project Manager or Construction Manager, preferably in vertical construction and related industries.
  • Experience with Civil & Structural, Architectural, and knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing/Sanitary & Fire Protection scopes.
  • Familiarity with the National Building Code of the Philippines, Structural, Fire Code of the Philippines, Philippine Electrical Code, Mechanical Engineering Code, NFPA Life Safety Code, and International Building Code.

  • Strong knowledge of project management processes.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in construction quality management tools and guidelines.
