The DC Power Engineer or DC Implementation Coordinator is responsible for managing and controlling DC power projects, ensuring seamless execution, troubleshooting field equipment issues, and maintaining compliance with industry standards. This role involves coordinating power rollouts, validating technical documentation, and ensuring proper commissioning and software upgrades for power related systems. The DC Implementation Coordinator also liaises with O&M teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure project efficiency, timely issue resolution, and adherence to safety protocols.

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversees the planning, execution, and monitoring of DC power projects.
  • Reports project status, progress, and challenges to the DC Document Controller and DC Implementation Manager through daily and weekly reports.
  • Reviews and revises electrical system designs for power installations and upgrades.
  • Supervises and ensures the successful completion of power rollouts (Colo upgrades, B2S sites).
  • Validates documents, checklists, and reports, ensuring proper compliance and sign-off.
  • Troubleshoots and resolves power equipment issues.
  • Assists in Installation and DC power commissioning, including software upgrades for routers, controllers, modems, relays, and fuel sensors.
  • Conducts site audits and prepares reports to assess project quality and compliance.
  • Evaluates vendor performance, ensuring quality work and adherence to project timelines.
  • Reviews and analyzes HOTO (Hand Over Take Over) survey reports, providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Enforces safety procedures and industry standards to maintain a secure and safe work
  • environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or a related field.
  • Strict with certifications in Project Management (PMP), Quality Assurance (ISO 9001), or Health and Safety are preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in DC power project management, power rollouts,commissioning, and troubleshooting.
  • In-depth knowledge of DC power systems, electrical designs, and power equipment.
  • Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting routers, controllers, modems, relays,and fuel sensors.
  • Strong background in coordinating power-related activities, vendor management, and compliance auditing.
  • Familiarity with power commissioning processes, software upgrades, and safety standards.
  • Experience in validating documents, checklists, and reports; with keen attention to details.
  • Understanding of quality assurance processes, audit requirements, and power project management best practices.
  • Ability to oversee multiple power projects and ensure timely execution.
  • With good communication and collaboration skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35, Php40,000.00 per month
