The Outlet Sales Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service by understanding and meeting customer needs. This role helps maintain strong relationships with existing clients while also building connections with new ones. The associate should have good product knowledge to answer questions, recommend solutions, and promote company products effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Visit and maintain regular communication with clients to address their needs, issues, or new requirements.
  • Work with the Sales Coordinator to handle client inquiries, concerns, or complaints.
  • Promote company products and services, and introduce new offerings when needed.
  • Develop and manage client accounts to ensure long-term business relationships.
  • Keep records of client needs and requirements for proper coordination within the team.
  • Conduct basic market research to help improve sales strategies.
  • Support the Finance Team in following up on unpaid invoices when necessary.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of a 4-year course, preferably in Business, Marketing, or Food Technology.
  • Experience in Sales and Marketing, preferably in the food industry, is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Customer-focused, results-oriented, and a team player.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Google Sheets, and ERP systems.
  • Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php23,000.00 per month
