Job description
A. REGISTRATION AND GIFT SELECTION
1. Guides customers through registration process and orients clients on services and facilities available at Rustan's Weddings and Beyond.
2. Consults with customers in order to determine objectives, requirements, themes and other preferences.
3. Conducts store-tour with the customer/s to showcase available products/gift items.
4. Provides consultation in item selection for the registry.
5. Performs selling of gift certificates as an additional gift option.
6. Updates customer preferences listing and coordinates sale of item to ensure no duplication of selected/ purchased gift items.
7. Identifies and communicates best sellers and key items to ensure availability of merchandise assortment.
B. BRIDAL STORE EVENTS & PROMO
1. Supports in the planning and dissemination of on-going bridal store events and activities.
2. Conducts telemarketing to existing and prospective customers for incoming company events, promotions and activities.
C. GIFT DELIVERY
1. Monitors gift delivery specifications and schedule to ensure accurate and timely delivery of items.
2. Attends gift delivery follow-up and other inquiries.
D. CUSTOMER SERVICE
1. Responds to customer inquiries.
2. Handles and resolves customer issues.
3. Assists and accompany customers in payment of gift items and gift wrapping section.
E. GIFT RETURNS/EXCHANGE
1. Accommodates customers with gift items for return or exchange.
2. Verifies purchase and details of customer transaction/purchases.
3. Provides information such as policies and procedures for gift returns/exchange.

F. COORDINATION
1. Coordinates directly with gift wrapping counter and receiving department regarding all gift delivery specifications (e.g. location) and schedules.
2. Coordinates with concierge personnel regarding Gift Certificate purchases and issuance and to Sales Associate for gift payments.
3. Coordinates with other branches with regards to customer and registry updates.
4. Communicates with other bridal partners (e.g. cakes, invitations provider) for customer preferences, theme complement, and event progress.
5. Reminds customers on reservations and scheduled store tour.
G. AREA MANAGEMENT
1. Maintains the cleanliness and orderliness of assigned area i order to ensure customer satisfaction.
H. REPORTS
1. Prepares, consolidates and submits monthly reports services handled for documentation and reference.
EDUCATION
College Degree of any business course
EXPERIENCE
With at least 1 year work experience in a service-oriented industry
TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES
Computer literate, event management, inventory management, marketing
