About the Role

We are seeking a QA Engineer to ensure the integrity and reliability of our digital products. This is an individual contributor role focused on executing testing cycles, identifying defects, working with the engineering team to address those defects, and supporting smooth product delivery. You will work closely with the Product, Design, and Development teams to maintain high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Test Planning: Develop and execute detailed test cases for both API and Front-End features.
  • API Testing: Utilize Postman to verify API performance, reliability, and data accuracy (JSON).
  • Defect Management: Log, track, and verify defects in the bug tracking system, collaborating with developers to reach resolutions.
  • Regression Testing: Ensure new features do not break existing functionality through consistent regression and integration testing.
  • Documentation: Maintain up-to-date test documentation and contribute to the improvement of QA workflows.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience: 2–5 years of relevant experience in software testing or development. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. We consider experience obtained from academic capstone projects and internship work.
  • Technical Proficiency:
  • Proven experience with Manual and Automated testing.
  • Mandatory proficiency in Postman for API testing.
  • Knowledge in creating workflows and dashboards in Jira or
  • Soft Skills: Conceptual knowledge of different testing phases, strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to quality.
