Job Summary:

The Dining Staff ensures excellent customer service by assisting guests with orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming dining area. They support the overall operations of a quick service restaurant by ensuring fast, friendly, and efficient service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in a polite and friendly manner.
  • Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and promptly.
  • Ensure dining areas, tables, and service stations are clean and organized at all times.
  • Handle customer concerns or requests and escalate when necessary.
  • Assist with food packing, tray assembly, or basic kitchen tasks during peak hours.
  • Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a restaurant or customer service role is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
  • Willing to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
