This is a full-time on-site role as a Support Staff located in Calicanto, Batangas. As an SS, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all store visitors. You will assist customers with inquiries, resolve complaints, process transactions, and ensure a positive shopping experience. Additionally, you will maintain a clean and organized store environment and collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

  • At least College Graduate
  • With or without experience, open for fresh graduates
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays
  • Willing to be assigned in Department Store in Calicanto, Batangas
