Job Summary:

The IT and Sales Marketing Staff serves as a key support role within the International Center for Advanced Review and Training (ICART), Inc. with the trade name Ray A. Gapuz Review System. Assist the IDP Education team with digital tools and technical support, handles front desk responsibilities, and contributes to the promotion of review programs and services.

This position is ideal for an individual who is organized, people-oriented, and eager to grow in a fast-paced educational review center environment.

Key Responsibilities:Technical & Educational Support

  • Assist IDP Education staff in managing digital tools, online forms, and operational systems

  • Provide basic IT troubleshooting (e.g., printer issues, file management, internet connection)

  • Help maintain accurate records and system efficiency

Front Desk & Customer Interaction

  • Welcome and assist walk-in clients, students, and parents

  • Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries

  • Help with appointment setting, basic documentation, and general information dissemination

Sales & Marketing Assistance

  • Support marketing efforts for the company's services (e.g., student review programs, events)

  • Create or assist in designing digital content (flyers, social media posts, etc.)

  • Engage with prospective students online or in-person and assist during campaigns

Reporting Line:

The IT and Sales Marketing Staff will report directly to the Head of Business Expansion.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Information Technology or a related course

  • With background or strong interest in Sales and Marketing

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused

  • Willing to learn and assist in both technical and client-facing roles

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php15,000.00 per month
