A. Duties & Responsibilities:

Sales Documentation

  • Ensure buyers' and sellers' compliance with booking requirements
  • Encode in the system and transmit submitted buyer documents
  • Coordinate with Head Office for issuance and collection of contracts

Customer Care

  • Receive and attend to buyers' concerns/queries and coordinate with Branch Head or Head Office for proper endorsement and resolution.

Legal

  • Submit tax payments to corresponding LGUs
  • Coordinate with LGUs for processing and transfer of titles and tax declarations
  • Assist with securing permits, licenses, etc.

B. Job Specifications:

  • Educational Attainment: Must be a 4-year college graduate
  • Preferred Course: Bachelor's degree in any Business-related course
  • Experience: Previous employment in Sales, Documentation, and/or Customer Service is an advantage
  • Skills:
  • Above-average written and oral communication skills
  • Customer service-oriented, multi-tasker, organized
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Knowledge of SAP is preferable
