About the Role
A global healthcare company based in the United States is looking for a CME Assistant who will support the end-to-end coordination of Continuing Medical Education (CME) events. The role involves documentation, logistics, supplier coordination, financial processing, and on-site event support.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in pre-event preparation: documentation, invitations, travel, and venue coordination.
- Handle PR/PO processing, contracts, and finance requirements.
- Provide on-site event support (registration, logistics, speakers, and doctor engagement).
- Collect feedback, attendance, and manage honorarium processing after events.
- Coordinate with Sales, suppliers, and the CME Manager for smooth execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in event coordination or administrative support (pharma/medical events a plus).
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Willing to work onsite (Dayshift, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) with occasional offsite duties.
