  1. Ensures that PCP/process control points of inventory is strictly monitored and updated by selling operations.

  2. Evaluates, resolves and implements solutions to concerns indicated in the Problem Log Sheets (PLS).

  3. Demonstrates continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, and streamline work processes.

  4. Generates inventory reports as needed by operations in its selling process.

  5. Monitors and ensures monthly updating of active system users in the store.

  6. Handles orientations and refresher trainings to system users in the store to ensure inventory transactional compliance.

  7. Conducts monthly inspections in the selling area to ensure accuracy and timely updating of shelf tags.

  8. Recommends disciplinary actions to store employees not complying with system user requirements and standards.

  9. Provides technical guidance and assistance especially to the new hires and/ or those needing special attention.

10.Monitors and promptly resolves problems relevant to Data Integrity to preserve database inventory accuracy.

11.Evaluates and endorses inventory adjustment requests to Store Manager for initial approval and based on the specified approval hierarchy.

12.Ensures that inventory quantity adjustments are applied accurately to items for adjustment.

13.Performs inventory related transactions in the store for purchases of Food Outlets, Bakeshop, Kitchen or Commissary and Dress Shop as "raw materials out / in" for production units, "make up / break up" for item transformation or complex packs and "store use" entries for department use items.

14.Generates inventory reports as needed by operations in its selling process.

  1. Supervises the conduct of any cycle count / store-wide count in the store; investigates and implements necessary actions to correct variances of both trade and non-trade items.

  2. Conducts training of HHT users / count scanners for the store count.

  3. Prepares corresponding count reports as required like fresh reports for finance, pre-variance and posted variance reports.

18.Ensures that pre-scanning requirements are strictly and consistently complied with especially during sale events and introduction of new items.

19.Ensures that price updates are applied on time in coordination with back office support.

20.Coordinates with back office support related to item maintenance, item ranging & other item attributes to be updated in RMS.
