HPL Game Design Corporation

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to oversee multiple creative, gaming, and technical projects. This role acts as the main coordinator between clients, internal teams, and management to ensure quality, timely, and successful project delivery.


Role Overview

The Project Manager will handle planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of projects while maintaining clear communication across all stakeholders. You will work closely with Team Leaders to manage resources, track progress, resolve issues, and ensure all deliverables meet client expectations and company standards.


Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

  • Create and manage project plans, schedules, and resource allocation
  • Define project scope, goals, timelines, and success metrics
  • Coordinate closely with Team Leaders for planning and execution
  • Use AI tools for documentation, reporting, and workflow efficiency

Team & Workflow Coordination

  • Lead team meetings and maintain effective communication
  • Ensure teams understand objectives, deadlines, and quality expectations
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards

Client & Stakeholder Communication

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams
  • Provide regular status reports and communicate changes or issues
  • Present progress updates and offer solutions when challenges arise

Monitoring, Reporting & Issue Resolution

  • Track project progress and ensure adherence to schedules
  • Identify risks, bottlenecks, and propose solutions
  • Prepare post-project reports and implement necessary changes

Documentation & Deliverables

  • Maintain complete and updated project documentation
  • Upload and organize deliverables through cloud storage
  • Track team output for reporting and audit purposes

Qualifications
  • 6 months to 1 year PM experience in gaming, IT, or creative production
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (designers, developers, artists, animators)
  • Knowledge of project management tools , Asana, ClickUp, Trello)
  • Proficient in Google Workspace
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organization skills
  • Experience handling client deliverables and end-to-end project cycles
  • Familiarity with creative or game development workflows
  • PM certification is a plus
