Job Summary:

The Project Manager is responsible for planning , executing , and overseeing projects across SariMall and Sari Lotto, ensuring timely delivery, quality output, and alignment with the business objectives. The role involves coordinating with internal teams ,external partners and stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of initiatives and efficient resource management.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end execution of projects under SariMall and Sari Lotto, from planning to completion.
  • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, track progress, and manage project risks and dependencies.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including technical, marketing, operations, and vendor partners.
  • Monitor and report project performance, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and business goals.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational processes and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance project efficiency and delivery.
  • Facilitate regular project meetings , status updates , and documentation of project.
  • Support management in prioritizing and allocating resources across ongoing initiatives.
  • Foster collaboration and maintain clear communication among all stakeholders.
  • Responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support business decisions and performance improvement across SariMall and SariLotto

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration , Project Management, Information Technology or any related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in digital forms, e-commerce, or gaming industries.
  • Strong leadership and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple project simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, organization , and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Proficient in project management tools and Microsoft Office applications.
  • PMP or related project management certification is an advantage.
